Q: What does LawLinq need to know to connect me with a lawyer?

Q: How long will my call with LawLinq take?

Q: What happens after I connect with a lawyer?
A: After LawLinq refers you to a lawyer, it’s up to you to decide if you would like to work with that lawyer. If you decide to work with a lawyer to whom we refer you then you and that lawyer will enter into an agreement together so that he or she may legally represent you in your case. LawLinq will continue to stay on top of your case and monitor our member lawyer’s performance, ethics and credentials all the way through to the conclusion of your case.
Q: Do LawLinq Lawyers offer free or pro bono legal services?
A: LawLinq's Member Lawyers do not offer their legal services for free. However, depending on your type of case, our Lawyers may be willing to serve you on a contingency basis...meaning the Lawyer will only get paid if he or she is successful in obtaining a settlement or victory for you. Lawyers providing legal services for matters which are not contingency based do require payment for their time.
Q: Does LawLinq offer its services to non-English speakers?
A: Yes! LawLinq staff members can handle inquiries from a variety of languages. Additionally, LawLinq's Lawyer Members speak a number of popular languages including but not limited to English, Spanish, Farsi, German, Italian and Japanese.
Q: What if LawLinq does not have a lawyer to fit my needs?
A: In the unlikely event LawLinq cannot provide a referral to a member attorney, LawLinq will provide the name and contact information for another California State Bar Certified lawyer referral service, non-profit organization, consumer agency, and/or government agency that may better assist.
